Data deletion instructions
Pipeline Habit project owners and account holders can remove their data directly in the product or request assistance when account access is unavailable.
Delete in Pipeline Habit
Sign in to Pipeline Habit, open Account, and choose Data and deletion. A project owner can permanently delete an individual project, including its leads, contacts, imports, templates, activity history, automation attempts, inbound communication records, and team access.
To remove your personal Pipeline Habit account, use Delete account on the same screen. This removes your login and project memberships. Projects solely owned by you are permanently deleted; projects that still have another owner remain available to that owner.
Disconnect Meta access
You can also remove Pipeline Habit from your Facebook or Instagram business integrations in Meta settings. Disconnecting Meta stops future synchronization but does not automatically erase lead records or previously synchronized message context already stored in Pipeline Habit.
Use the Pipeline Habit project or account deletion controls to remove stored project data. Permanent communication suppression records may be retained where reasonably necessary to honor an opt-out and prevent renewed outreach.
Request assistance
If you cannot sign in or need a correction that is not available in the product, contact the address below. Identify the Pipeline Habit account email and the project concerned. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other authentication secrets.
