Terms of service

Pipeline Habit is a business-to-business sales discipline service for independent professionals and teams. After account email verification, a new project receives a 7-day free trial without a payment card and may hold up to 1,000 active leads. The service may suspend access to protect the platform, other users, or project data.

You confirm that you use the service for business or professional purposes and are authorized to accept these terms for the account or organization concerned.

You retain responsibility for the lead, contact, message, and project data you add. You must have a lawful basis to use that data and must keep team access appropriate. Project owners control configuration, members, billing, export, and deletion for their project.

A billable lead is a lead in the project that is not archived, regardless of sales status. Archived leads do not count toward plan capacity and do not appear in the default Leads or Today views, but their activity and outcome history remains stored. Restoring a lead is allowed only when the project has available capacity.

Pipeline Habit prepares and organizes suggested actions and editable copy. Sending remains manual unless a project owner explicitly enables paced email automation and confirms the required recipient compliance statement. You remain responsible for the recipient list, message content, lawful basis, and compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, platform, anti-spam, and communication rules. Do not use Pipeline Habit for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or indiscriminate bulk outreach.

Owner-enabled automation must honor permanent suppression and opt-out records. Pipeline Habit may pause sending after delivery uncertainty, provider errors, or rate limits. Bounced addresses are permanently suppressed. Automated replies and automated Instagram or LinkedIn messages are not provided.

After the free trial, monthly project plans are: Starter $9.99 for up to 1,000 active leads; Growth $19.99 for up to 5,000 active leads; Pro $49.99 for up to 20,000 active leads; Scale $99.99 for unlimited active leads. All plans include the same product functions and collaborators without a per-seat fee. Prices are in United States dollars and exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes. Each project has a separate subscription.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access remains available through the current billing period. Stripe calculates applicable tax from the billing address and business tax ID supplied at checkout.

A paid upgrade is prorated and higher capacity starts only after Stripe confirms the change. A downgrade is allowed only when active leads and reserved import capacity fit the lower plan, takes effect at the next billing period, and applies the lower capacity ceiling as soon as it is scheduled. Card details, invoices, and cancellation remain in Stripe Billing Portal; plan changes are controlled in Pipeline Habit.

When a trial or paid access period ends, project data remains readable and exportable, but operational changes require an active trial or subscription. Account, billing, export, archive history, and safe deletion remain available. A project with an active subscription must be cancelled before its data can be deleted.

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or sales results. You should keep appropriate source records and exports for business-critical data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pipeline Habit is not responsible for indirect losses or outreach decisions made from suggested actions or copy.
